Election to replace outgoing members of the Institut Pasteur’s General Meeting board
The Institut Pasteur General Meeting board is one of the Institute’s governance bodies. This Assembly (sometimes referred to internally as the ‘’Assemblée des 100'') brings together, alongside external members, representatives of the Institut Pasteur community (scientific, administrative and technical).
A statutory and historic body, it contributes to the balance of governance and plays a key role in the Institute’s strategic orientations.
Its members are elected within different colleges defined by the statutes, for a six-year term, with partial renewal every three years.
Depending on your situation, as a member of staff, you may take part in these elections, which will be held in May 2026 (first round: Monday, May 18).
Several seats representing administrative, technical, healthcare and clinical research staff, as well as scientific staff and engineers are to be renewed this year:
scientific managers – 11 out of 21 members,
administrative, technical, health and clinical research managers – 3 out of 6 members,
engineers – 2 out of 3 members.
The elections to replace outgoing members of the Institut Pasteur's General Meeting board will take place electronically and will be three rounds of voting:
Round 1: May 18, 10am to 3pm
Round 2: May 20, 10am to 3pm
Round 3: May 22, 10am to 3pm
An absolute majority of votes is required for the first two rounds; the third round is decided by a relative majority.
