A new agreement between the Fondation Pour l'Audition and the Institut Pasteur, host of the Institut reConnect, to ensure continued support for audiology research
During a visit by Jean-Pierre Meyers, President of the Fondation Pour l'Audition, to the Institut Pasteur campus in Paris' 15th arrondissement – home to the Hearing Institute's Center for Research and Innovation in Human Audiology (CeRIAH), the Institut Pasteur site of the Institut reConnect –, a signing ceremony was held to renew the four-year agreement confirming the Fondation Pour l'Audition's support for the Hearing Institute and CeRIAH. Alongside Jean-Pierre Meyers, Yasmine Belkaid, President of the Institut Pasteur, the host foundation for the Institut reConnect, and Anne-Lise Giraud, Director of the Institut reConnect, came together for an event marked by a palpable sense of scientific enthusiasm and shared pride. The symbolic signing ceremony was also attended by Hearing Institute scientists and staff – including Christine Petit, who was behind the establishment of the institute –, all of whom had come to witness this key milestone for audiology research and the future of the Hearing Institute (an Institut Pasteur/Inserm/CNRS center).
