BRASIP is pleased to announce the second edition of the BRASIP Carnaval, which will take place on Friday, June 12, from 400pm at The 25.

Following the success of the inaugural event, BRASIP will once again bring the vibrant spirit of Brazilian Carnaval to the Institut Pasteur community through an afternoon celebrating Brazilian culture, music, dance, and food.

The program will feature:

  • 4.15pm – Brazilian Dance Workshop
  • 5pm– Batucada Workshop
  • 5.45pm – Live Performance featuring members of Cabaret Gandaia

Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy traditional Brazilian food and beverages throughout the event.

Organized in collaboration with StaPa, the Pasteur Queer Club, and other Institut Pasteur networks, the event aims to foster cultural exchange and community engagement in a festive and inclusive atmosphere.

The BRASIP Carnaval is open to all members of the Institut Pasteur community. Whether Brazilian, Portuguese-speaking, passionate about Brazilian culture, or simply curious to discover it, attendees are warmly invited to join the celebration. Colorful costumes are encouraged.

BRASIP looks forward to welcoming participants for an afternoon of music, dance, food, and Brazilian culture.
