On the recommendation of executive management and with the approval of the Institut Pasteur's Board of Governors, Frédéric Durand, Director of Human Resources, will be leaving his position effective on February 9, 2026. Executive management would like to thank Frédéric Durand for his two years of service to the Institut Pasteur.

Significant work has been undertaken with the Human Resources Department (HRD) in order, for example, to provide specific support to campus managers and to strengthen the system for reporting and handling sensitive situations. These structural projects will continue and will be supplemented by other actions in the coming months and years.

The recruitment process for a new HRD has been launched. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full implementation of this roadmap. In the meantime, these issues will be monitored by the HR Director's immediate subordinates, in direct connection with the Senior executive Vice-president, Alban Hautier. The institute's executive management will ensure the continuity of the HR Department's missions and will focus particularly on supporting the HR teams during this period.
