Cleaning of offices and communal areas – new schedule
The Waste Management and Recycling Department (GVED) and the Department of Corporate Social Responsibility and Technical Resources (DRSE-RT) would like to wish you all the best for the New Year and let you know about changes to office cleaning procedures.
Since the start of January 2026, following a call for tenders, the office cleaning service has been adjusted. The aim is to provide an effective service at an appropriate frequency that maintains a clean and healthy working environment. Offices generally accumulate less dirt than high-traffic areas and do not require the same level of cleaning.
Cleaning frequencies will now be as follows:
- Offices will now be cleaned twice a week:
- Dusting and vacuuming floors;
- Washing any stains on floors;
- Dusting chairs;
- Cleaning furniture, chair legs and cleared desks;
- Disinfecting contact points (light switches, door handles, etc.);
- Emptying bins (miscellaneous waste and blue bins for paper and cardboard).
To avoid unpleasant smells, we would recommend disposing of any food waste in the bins located in nearby communal areas or in outdoor bins, which are emptied daily.
- Communal areas, where there is higher footfall, will continue to be cleaned on a daily basis:
- Bathrooms;
- Social areas;
- Meeting rooms;
- Reception areas;
- Corridors;
- Outdoor spaces;
- etc.
To maintain a high quality of service, an on-call team is available on site from 9am to 5pm for any urgent cleaning needs (nettoyage@pasteur.fr).
If you have any questions, please email nettoyage@pasteur.fr
The Waste Management and Recycling Department would like to thank you for your understanding and efforts.
