The Housing Office of the Education Department would like to inform you that its offices will be closed from 7 August to 31 August. The office will not be reachable during this period, and no accommodation requests will be processed.

The Housing Office is currently finalizing the last housing reservations for the 2026 academic year. Since April 2026, it has been processing accommodation requests approved by the Human Resources Department once the applications has been finalized, significantly speeding up the processing of applications.

Current and future beneficiaries, as well as the Housing Office's accommodation partners, will be informed of this closure. The office's in-person help sessions will also be suspended. However, beneficiaries will still be able to make payments by bank transfer if necessary.

Accommodation requests received during the closure will be processed after the Housing Office reopens on September 1, 2026.
