As we grapple with growing regulatory requirements and the need for impeccable organizational methods, traceability and reliability, the Institut Pasteur's teams are increasingly pursing quality strategies. The mission of the Quality Department in the Department of Corporate Social Responsibility and Technical Resources is to offer guidance and expertise in designing, implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems (QMSs). 

→    What can the Quality Department do for you?  

Whether you are pursuing a strategy to improve your activities or embarking on a certification/accreditation process, the Quality Department can guide you through each stage by offering:

•    Personalized support depending on your specific aims: internal organization, structuring your processes, certification or accreditation.
•    A clearer understanding of how regulatory requirements apply specifically to your activities.
•    Advice and methods.
•    Effective tools to improve efficiency: action plans, dashboards, electronic document management systems and document templates.
The department can be involved as much or as little as you need or wish. It can provide regular monitoring or one-off support on a specific topic.
 

→    Building a quality culture together!

To help foster a shared culture of quality, the department runs awareness sessions for Institut Pasteur staff. 
The aim of these sessions is to:

•    Explain the principles and challenges of a quality strategy,
•    Identify best practices that can be applied on a daily basis,
•    Develop a collective improvement dynamic within your team.

o    Target audience: Any Institut Pasteur staff who want to understand more about quality and how it can be incorporated into their work

•    November 19 - Learning about ISO 9001
o    Target audience: Staff in units or departments pursuing an ISO 9001 strategy
