Introduction of an automatic satisfaction survey on completion of service requests

As part of ongoing efforts to improve quality of service, the teams in the Institut Pasteur's Real Estate and Technical Department are introducing an automatic satisfaction survey for all users of the PoME portal.

What is changing
When a service request is closed, you will now automatically receive an email with a link to a very short feedback survey (less than 2 minutes).
 
Aims of the survey
The survey is being introduced for several reasons:

  • To receive your feedback,
  • To get a better idea of your expectations,
  • To identify areas for improvement,
  • To improve the quality and transparency of our work on campus.

How does it work?
You do not need to do anything:

  • The survey is sent automatically,
  • Your service request number is already entered,
  • And you just need to reply with a few clicks.

This procedure will only work if you participate.

All the feedback we receive will help us improve our practices and the quality of the service we provide to all units.
