If you want to develop software or computational tools, the Department of Computational Biology, the Bioinformatics HUB, and the IT Department have written a short handout complementing existing documentation. This three-page guide provides a concise overview of what you need to know: it lists key stages of development, on-campus resources, and a reminder of mandatory rules and recommendations. The handout aims to prevent basic mistakes, facilitate access to existing support, and improve the quality of code released by Institut Pasteur members.
