Focus on the "training of the month" scheme
The Skills and Training Center within the Human Resources Department proposes a selection of content every month to help you develop your cross-cutting and soft skills. These training sessions are available to members of the Pasteurian community working in all types of roles.

Part of an international award-winning general skills development strategy This scheme forms part of a general skills development strategy implemented for Institut Pasteur staff. The strategy, aimed at promoting a learning culture by encouraging continuing professional development through complementary formats (in person, digital, gamification, etc.), provides support with fast-developing careers and technologies. One of its key components is Pasteur Learn, rolled out in 2024, a digital platform offering a wide variety of content on various topics (science, languages, soft skills, management, office and IT skills, etc.), which provides all staff members with bespoke access to training.
