Practical information about food outlets on campus
Read on for some practical information about offers from our food service providers on campus, upcoming events and some reminders to help us manage crockery and cutlery.
API: self-service canteen
Good to know
- Tip: after 1.30pm, you can enjoy a 10% reduction on the cost of your meal (only if you use a staffed checkout, not one of the automatic checkouts)
- "Menu malin": a starter + main course + dessert for €4.84. This meal deal is composed of set dishes selected by the restaurant and indicated on the screens at the entrance.
Use the "Côté Resto" app to see the daily menus, vegetarian dishes, allergens and the "menu malin" meal deal – very useful for people with dietary restrictions. To create an account, enter the specific Institut Pasteur code (3330) and your individual employee number (available on any receipt from the canteen).
See the practical guide to creating an account here
Upcoming events
- April: Celebrating spring
- May: Flavors of Europe
- June: Moroccan magic
Some useful reminders
Please return any borrowed crockery and cutlery – there are starting to be shortages of some items (like the ramekins used for crème brûlée).
You may take your tray outside to eat lunch in the fresh air, as long as you return the tray and the crockery/cutlery. But please note that water jugs must not be taken out of the canteen.
Sauces and dressings, crockery and cutlery, trays and bread are only for customers who have paid for a meal in the canteen. Please do not use them if you have brought your own food.
