Badge Re-encoding Campaign until March 27
As part of the rollout of new standalone locks and the replacement of access readers at the building entrances/exits, the security office launched a badge re-encoding campaign on March 10.
Who is concerned:
• Anyone whose badge was issued before 2021 and has not been replaced since.
If you received a badge in 2021 or later, you are not concerned.
Practical details:
- Location: Badge Studio
- Dates: March 10 to 27 (except Monays)
- Hours: 2 – 4 :30 pm
- Duration: approximately 5 minutes per person
- No appointment needed. Please bring your current badge.

Important: As you may have noticed, the entry/exit readers have been replaced. They will be identifiable by their grey colour, unlike traditional readers, which are black.
