PasteurPrev – Check out the results of the satisfaction survey
Following an initial rollout of the PasteurPrev project for some teams, the PasteurPrev team has produced a satisfaction survey to gather your remarks and observations on:
- The support provided for getting to grips with the new tool,
- The technical characteristics of the new tool.
Aim:
The aim of the survey was to gain constructive feedback to identify new areas for improvement before the next rollout, based on the needs and expectations of health and safety coordinators and managers.
The survey was sent to all the teams we met (166 units).
The PasteurPrev team would like to thank all the people who completed the satisfaction survey. A summary of the results can be found here.
The feedback shows that teams are generally satisfied, especially regarding the support provided by the Risk Prevention Department (SPR) and the added value of this tool in building a safety culture.
Areas for improvement were also identified in terms of the features of the tool and some listings.
For those teams who do not yet have the PasteurPrev tool, the rollout is continuing and you will be contacted by the end of 2026 so that we can support you in learning how to use the tool.
