Check out the Institut Pasteur's 2020 highlights

The newsletter team invites you to take a look back at the highlights of 2020, a year that will stand out in all our memories on both an individual and a collective level.

This compilation contains events and news stories that took place during the global health crisis and that reflect the concerted response and unwavering commitment of Institut Pasteur staff in tackling COVID-19. The Institut Pasteur's ongoing work was supported by the public and the media, with a number of staff making media appearances to explain the Institut Pasteur's role in the effort to counter the pandemic.

Initiatives including a revamped logo, a drive to boost international relations and share knowledge, Pasteurdon and efforts to reach out to society – all of which had to be reimagined given the increasingly restrictive context – also continued to shine a light on the work of the Institut Pasteur and its commitment to improving public health. The 2020 retrospective is a great opportunity to look back at all these projects and initiatives led by the Institut Pasteur, despite the crisis, to continue advancing research in a host of other areas of expertise, while also making progress in the key areas and priorities set out in the Strategic Plan, thanks to the efforts of its committed, united community – whether working on campus or from home.
