Since this year, screens have been available in several meeting rooms on campus. These new devices allow you to share and broadcast, wirelessly, your presentations and meetings on touch screens.
Some rooms on the 1st floor of CIS are equipped with Microsoft Surface hub. Other rooms on campus are equipped with Crestron displays. Both devices are compatible with Teams.
The Surfacehub is a Microsoft touch screen with a camera. You can use it for video conferencing or as a whiteboard.
Crestron screen are wall-mounted screens to broadcast that can be controlled from a touch-sensitive Tabletop Conference Device placed on the table in the room.

To reserve a room, you must simply create a Teams meeting (via Outlook or Teams directly) and add the room as a guest. Once in the room, the display will automatically connect to your Teams meeting. See the procedure for more details:
