Companies and foundations join with the Institut Pasteur to support research for the 15th edition of Pasteurdon

Every year since Pasteurdon first began, several companies and foundations have rallied to the cause to offer their support with special fundraising drives of their own. Read on to find out more about the initiatives of the companies and foundations that are supporting this 15th edition.

 

LE ROCH-LES MOUSQUETAIRES FOUNDATION

Set up in 1998 by the Les Mousquetaires group, the Le Roch-Les Mousquetaires Foundation has been supporting the Institut Pasteur's scientists for many years. For the 15th Pasteurdon, the Le Roch-Les Mousquetaires Foundation has once again confirmed its commitment and generosity to the cause, with the support of its Intermarché and Bricomarché store chains, which will be organizing a large-scale charity appeal to customers featuring no fewer than 20 charity-linked products to support the Institut Pasteur's scientists. Some of the proceeds from the sale of selected food products, all made by the production units in the Les Mousquetaires group (including sardines, sparkling water, organic baguettes, orange juice and red label ham), will be donated to the Institut Pasteur. The gardening branch of Les Mousquetaires is also getting in on the action, selling orchids and bouquets of cut flowers in aid of the Institut Pasteur. Make sure you head to stores from October 5 to 10!

AG2R LA MONDIALE

AG2R La Mondiale has been supporting the Institut Pasteur's scientists since 2008. The French social welfare and protection company is also one of Pasteurdon's loyal partners with its sport-based fundraising campaign "Vivons Vélo". The kilometers pedaled during the cycle rides organized throughout the year are turned into donations for Pasteurdon.

These regional "Vivons Vélo" gatherings are a great way for cyclists of all levels to be spurred on by a real sense of team spirit as they clock up the kilometers in aid of the Institut Pasteur. The aim is to raise €100,000 by the end of 2021.

ASSU 2000

For the eighth year running, Assu 2000 is partnering with Pasteurdon to support research into heart disease. The insurance company is introducing a charity-linked product campaign for Pasteurdon in its 300 branches and on its website: for any new car, motorcycle, health or provident insurance policy taken out, €2 will be donated to the Institut Pasteur from September 6 to October 6.
