Remote training – "Participate in Open Access: Policy Requirements and Submitting Articles to HAL-Pasteur"

  • Remote training – "Participate in Open Access: Policy Requirements and Submitting Articles to HAL-Pasteur" on Thursday September 30, 2021 from 2 to 5pm (in French)

From 2021 onwards, the Institut Pasteur has set itself the target of 100% of publications each year published as open access. Since May 2021, in the Charter for Open Access to Publications, the Institut Pasteur has required its scientists to:
•    publish their articles with a CC BY license and without an embargo, either in a fully open access journal or by applying the Rights Retention Strategy
•    submit their publications to the HAL-Pasteur open archive

For the past two years, the COMESP has included the submission of publications to the HAL-Pasteur open archive.

Find out more with the CeRIS, from the issues surrounding these policies to the practical procedures for submitting articles.

Aims of the training:
•    Understand the international open access movement and the role of open archives
•    Find out about the open access policies of the Institut Pasteur and the policies pursued by France and funding bodies
•    Learn how to submit your articles to the HAL-Pasteur open archive
•    Manage your digital identity as a scientist in HAL with your IdHAL

The session is open to everyone.

It will take place remotely (via Microsoft Teams) in French.
