The HR training center in the Talent and Organization Development Department is running the following courses:

- Models for experimental surgery
- Organize an experimental surgery laboratory
- Anesthesia and analgesia, monitoring, hemostasis

- Learn about the basics of cytometry
- Theoretical and hands-on training (lab work and IT analysis)
The course is geared towards scientists, engineers and technicians
Dates: May 15-17, 2017
- Learn about the basics and theory of molecular biology through hands-on training
The course is geared towards technicians
Dates: May 29-June 2, 2017
The course will provide theoretical and hands-on training in genome engineering in mammalian cells using Cas9/CRISPR technology.
- How to design CRISPR targets using bioinformatics tools
- How to build CRISPR constructs for genes knock-out and knock-in
- How to evaluate the efficiency of CRISPR constructs
- How to validate your clones

The costs of these courses are covered for Institut Pasteur staff under the Training Plan. The costs of the courses are also covered for external (OREX) staff (except for the experimental surgery course, for which funding will be requested from their supervisory authority).
