CORONAVIRUS

Access Institut Pasteur's scientific publications about SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 in a few clicks on pasteur.fr

For more than two years now, the Institut Pasteur's scientific community has been active worldwide in continuing to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic using science. Its response to the pandemic involves hundreds of people at the Institut Pasteur in Paris and several Pasteur Network teams in other countries. It has developed and implemented multiple research projects in many wide-ranging fields of investigation combining therapeutic research; modeling, epidemiology and clinical research; the development of tests and diagnostic tools; knowledge of the virus and its pathogenesis; the development of research tools; modeling; vaccine approaches – prophylaxis and vaccine candidates; and bioinformatics. These fields have all given rise to a wealth of results that have deepened our knowledge about this completely novel virus.

The results of the many projects conducted have of course been shared with the entire scientific community, in a clear demonstration of the Institut Pasteur's responsiveness to the pandemic, via more than 325 scientific publications in a variety of often prestigious journals.

All of these scientific publications, taken from the Scopus database, are accessible on pasteur.fr in the dedicated SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 space. The list has been produced to facilitate browsing – the articles can be sorted by title, date, author, source or publication. Thanks to the joint efforts of the Scientific Information Resources Center (CeRIS) team and the Web and Social Media Department, an automatic system has been introduced so that any new Institut Pasteur publications on the topic can immediately be added to the list.
