Webinar on April 5 – Professional training: how to develop your skills
The Skills Development Plan for 2022 will be rolled out on campus starting in April.
At the beginning of April you will be able to go to your Talentsoft space in the Career Portal to see the official assessment of any training requirements expressed during the annual appraisals and career development reviews.
To guide you through the process, the HR Department Training Center is running a webinar on Tuesday April 5, from 11am to 12 noon, via Teams.
The information and discussion session will focus on:
• the main issues related to the Skills Development Plan and the various training schemes in relation with your projects;
• compulsory regulatory training at the Institut Pasteur;
• how to use Talentsoft (your Career Portal).
The webinar will be held in French via Microsoft Teams. It is aimed at all Institut Pasteur staff.
