Look back at the Institut Pasteur General Meeting on June 29, 2022

The members of the Institut Pasteur General Meeting board met on Wednesday June 29.

The meeting, introduced by Christian Vigouroux, Chairman of the Institut Pasteur Board of Governors, was held in person again in the CIS auditorium, but with the possibility of attending remotely via Teams.

A voting system was also implemented via a secure, certified electronic platform so that members of the General Meeting board could vote in real time in a smooth, efficient way.

During the meeting, the members approved the minutes of the General Meeting of June 14, 2021. They also approved the Annual Report of the Board of Governors, presented by Christian Vigouroux, by an absolute majority, and were given a presentation of the 2021 accounts by François Romaneix, Senior Executive Vice-President.
