Gender Week: Save the date

The main measures in the Institut Pasteur Gender Equality Plan will also be presented. Participation is open to the entire Institut Pasteur community.
Thursday September 29: one-hour training workshops will be run throughout the day on the topics of leadership and communication. The workshops will be open to the Institut Pasteur community; you must register in advance via the Career Portal (Talentsoft).
During the week, you will also be able to take part in two further discussion and awareness sessions:
Wednesday September 28: a Teams information session: "Sexist behavior and harassment: prevention, identification and action at the Institut Pasteur";
Friday September 30: a "chill café" run by the DEI (diversity – equity – inclusion) group on a topic related to striking a balance between personal and professional life.
This awareness-raising event reflects the Institut Pasteur's commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. It is one of the major initiatives laid down in the Gender Equality Plan. The Institut Pasteur Senior Management Board, with the support of the Board of Governors, has identified professional gender equality as a priority of the Strategic Plan.
