Elections for new members of the Institut Pasteur's Social and Economic Committee (CSE) will be held at the end of November. The CSE is the staff representative body and is composed of 22 members elected for 3 years.
Organization and arrangements for the upcoming elections – end of November
The first round of elections for members of the CSE will take place from November 28 to 30, 2022, via an electronic voting system.
Information on how to vote will be sent to your home address by post, in accordance with legal requirements. To make sure you receive your access codes, please check your home address details on the HR portal and update them if necessary by October 28, 2022.
All staff members who joined the Institut Pasteur on or before August 28, 2022 are eligible to vote.
The elections for representatives of external research organizations (OREX) on the CSE will also be held from November 28 to 30, 2022, again using electronic voting.
Role and duties of the CSE
The aim of the CSE is to represent the collective views of staff, so that their interests are taken into account in any decisions relating to the company's management, economic and financial development, working arrangements and professional training.
It is also involved in organizing social and cultural activities.
At the Institut Pasteur, the CSE plays a key role in the area of health and safety.
The CSE is regularly consulted on:
- the Institut Pasteur's strategic priorities;
- the economic situation;
- employee policy, working conditions and employment.
