2023 IT needs collection campaign launch

The Information Systems Department is rolling out its new campaign to collect IT requirements within the Institut Pasteur.

In order to meet the computer equipment supplies demand from campus users, we invite you to gather all of your office needs via the "Deployment" tab available on the app before Thursday, November 3rd, 2022.

This campaign aims to:

•    Identify the leased equipment expiring in your entity that you wish to renew with new equipment, as well as the new equipment you will need in 2023.

•    Pick out the equipment that you do not want to renew in order to organize their recovery. This information must be precised in the forms.

•    Organize the new equipment deployment on campus on Q1 2023.

You will be able to specify, for each equipment, whether you want to replace it or not, and by which equipment, but also to complete your requests for new ones.

For any specific configuration order, choose the “Non-catalogue hardware” option.

We recommend that you choose a 2-3 years lease term for laptops and MacBooks.
Equipment at the end of the lease must be returned in good working order. Otherwise, the entity will be responsible for any part replacement. We advise you to report any malfunction so that the equipment is covered by the warranty and can be repaired before the end of the rental period.
