New unit: Mechanisms of Epigenetic Inheritance

The Mechanisms of Epigenetic Inheritance five-year group (024124), led by Germano Cecere, has come to the end of its term and will be closed on December 31, 2022.

Following the favorable opinion issued by the Scientific Council in June 2022, in October 2022 the Board of Governors approved the proposal by the President to establish the Mechanisms of Epigenetic Inheritance (Mécanismes de l'hérédité épigénétique) unit as from January 1, 2023.

This unit will be part of the Department of Developmental and Stem Cell Biology and will be led by Germano Cecere, a Research Director at the Institut Pasteur.

The first five-year term of the unit will run through to December 31, 2027.
