Training sessions for annual appraisals and career development reviews

The 2017 annual appraisals and career development reviews will begin during the week of June 20. As in 2016, they concern all Institut Pasteur staff and are being conducted online via the Career Portal.

To provide support for staff and managers as they complete the appraisal process, the teams in the Human Resources Department are running a series of training sessions which you can sign up for already.

• For employees:

"Using your annual appraisal and career development review as a tool for progression and motivation": 2 one-day sessions – July 5 or September 7, 2017.

• For managers:

"Conducting successful annual appraisals and career development reviews": 1 two-day session on September 11 and 12, 2017.
