50% refund for the Navigo pass
The refund by the Institut Pasteur of 50% of the cost of a travel pass for employees will incorporate the recent price increase of the Navigo pass (which came into effect on January 1, 2023) as from your January salary.
The increased refund amount will be indicated on the January payslip for all those concerned.
Please note in your diaries: date of the annual "Refund of transport costs" campaign
The annual campaign for the submission of information about transport options and tickets will begin during the week of March 6. This is an opportunity for the Human Resources Department to update the relevant information that serves as a basis for the refund of transport costs or payment of the sustainable mobility payment for those concerned.

We would remind you that under the French Labor Code, employees who use public transport to travel to their place of work are entitled to a partial refund of transport costs by their employer. This is the case at the Institut Pasteur, which covers 50% of transport costs.
