Exceptional closure of the Dispatch Department on Friday October 13

The Logistics Department would like to inform you that the Dispatch Department will be closed on Friday October 13, 2017. This means that no shipments can be made on that day.

The Dispatch Department will reopen on Monday October 16 in new premises situated in building no. 28 on the ground floor, just next to the material reception service, as shown on the map.

Please also note that for any dispatch requests between Monday October 16 and Wednesday October 18, requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday October 11.
