Pasteur, your new daily companion: a look back at the launch of the new intranet

On Thursday December 14, the Institut Pasteur's new intranet, ePasteur, was officially launched. After more than 20 years, Webcampus has been replaced by a new daily companion. Many of you came along to check out the new intranet at the showroom organized specially for the occasion. This was an opportunity for the project team to share the features of this essential new tool with staff on campus.

In anticipation of this important staff event, Institut Pasteur employees were greeted with balloons as they arrived at the company restaurant on Wednesday December 13. The balloons had been customized in the colors of the new intranet and carried invitation cards inviting everyone to come along to the showroom due to take place over the following two days.

A huge number of you came along to check out the new intranet in person at the event organized in the atrium of the François Jacob building. Contributors to the intranet and members of the project team were on hand to present ePasteur and answer any questions.

Official ePasteur launch: you were there!

Snacks, goodies and a photo booth had all been arranged to create a festive atmosphere for the launch, and several of you were more than happy to pose for a photo and record the moment for posterity!

Many thanks to you all for giving ePasteur such a warm welcome. The tool will be under constant development; the project team hope that it will reflect the organization of campus as a whole and the many professions that work side by side, and that it will be an essential tool for daily working life. You will soon be sent a survey so that we can keep developing ePasteur and gather your feedback after you have used it for a few weeks.
