Management training: improve your managerial skills with professional co-development

The HR training center in the Talent and Organization Development Department is running workshops for managers at the Institut Pasteur to improve their managerial skills.

This training course will take place over 2 days, November 21 and December 4, 2017, on campus. Professional co-development is an approach designed to help managers improve their operational effectiveness. By sharing practices and specific problems among peers, this method, which involves asking questions and listening to the experiences of others, enables participants to learn from each other and offers new possibilities for creative thinking and solutions.
