Refund of enrollment fees for PhD students enrolled at universities in mainland France

From the 2014-2015 academic year onwards, 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year PhD students working on the Institut Pasteur campus have been eligible for a refund of their enrollment fees at universities in mainland France.
 
We would remind you that refund requests should be sent by email to fraisuniv@pasteur.fr and must be accompanied by:

  • a certificate of registration from your university, specifically the section showing that your university fees have been paid for the current academic year,

  • your bank details (a relevé d'identité bancaire or RIB).

 
You will only be refunded:

  • on receipt of these two documents,

  • if you have filled in and confirmed the "Personal Information" and "Situation Summary" forms on the tutoring platform (see the email sent by the platform),

  • if the refund request is sent by email to fraisuniv@pasteur.fr (applications sent to any other email address or delivered by hand will not be considered).

 
The refund procedure is a lengthy administrative process. All eligible PhD students will be refunded for the 2017-2018 academic year by June 2018 at the latest. We would therefore ask you not to send us reminder emails before the end of June 2018.
