• A look back at the webinar
On Thursday March 28, the Skills and Training Center held a webinar on "New skills development opportunities."

This was an opportunity to discuss the rollout of the 2024 skills development plan (see this video of the steps to follow to check the status of your training requests), the introduction of the "training of the month" initiative that will run throughout the year to boost your soft skills, and the latest news on the CPF (personal training account) and VAE (recognition of prior learning) schemes.
The webinar was also a chance to present the new digital training platform, which will be launched on Monday April 22, 2024.
As part of its continued commitment to staff professional development, the Human Resources Department is delighted to announce the upcoming launch of a new online learning management system (LMS). The content available on this platform will be varied and regularly updated to meet constantly changing needs. You will be able to explore a wide selection of subjects ranging from science to personal development, as well as language learning, management and much more. Whatever interests you and whatever career goals you have set yourself, you will find a wealth of relevant, useful resources to support you.
