Upcoming "Startup Breakfast" on April 25

The next Start-up breakfast will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 9:00 am at room 11, Pavillon Émile Roux (PER) 2nd floor, Institut Pasteur.

The theme will be “Legal matters: How to organize your startup” with two invited speakers: Alexandra Pottier, Partner, and Philippe Beauregard, Partner at ALTAÏR AVOCATS.   
 

Philippe Beauregard is one of the co-founders of Altaïr Avocats, an independent business law firm based in Paris and Bordeaux, France. The law firm deals in various aspects of corporate matters, and Philippe specializes in venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and M&A. He mainly focuses on representing innovative startups, high-growth SMEs, and venture capitalists in a wide range of industries at all stages of their development.

 

 

Alexandra Pottier joined Altaïr Avocats as a partner in 2023. She specializes in corporate law, private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra advises founders, managers, innovative start-ups, medium-sized companies, and SMEs.
