Pasteurdon

Hunting for Pasteurdon!

For the past 18 years, Pasteurdon has been a unique moment and a driver to bring the entire Institut Pasteur community together. This annual event reflects the commitment of each and every one of us to research.

Pasteurdon is a great time to develop our team spirit and also an opportunity to experience the campus where we work in a whole new way. So as we gear up for the launch event on Wednesday October 9, to foster excitement around this year's Pasteurdon, a unique geocaching-style challenge has been organized on the Institut Pasteur campus!

From the morning of Monday September 30 to Friday October 4 at 6pm, you are invited to hunt for Pasteurdon: the letters that make up the word "Pasteurdon" are all hidden in different places on campus in rue du Docteur Roux. Your mission is to find them and piece together the word "Pasteurdon"!

The letters have all been carefully hidden in spaces that we pass by regularly. You will need all your observational skills, curiosity and perseverance to find them!

As soon as you find one*, take a photo of yourself with it, and do the same for each letter. Then send your ten selfies by email to pasteurdon@oneheart.fr. Photo montages of the Institut Pasteur's geocachers will be displayed every day on ePasteur to show off your investigative prowess – this time strictly outside the lab**!

The two people who find all the letters in the quickest time will win exclusive prizes, including a chance to spend time with presenter Julia Vignali and actor Kad Merad, who are doing us the honor of serving as Institut Pasteur patrons.

The winners will be announced at the end of the Pasteurdon 2024 launch event on October 9, during the drinks reception.

* To make sure the geocaching game goes as smoothly as possible and to avoid spoiling it for other participants, please do not touch the letters once you have found them.

** By taking part in this game held between September 30 and October 4, and by sharing your selfies, you agree to be featured in the Institut Pasteur's internal communication material (ePasteur intranet and newsletter) to promote and provide updates on the game.
