Launch of the first EMBL/Institut Pasteur Travel and Training grants calls session dedicated to young scientists

In the framework of the EMBL/Institut Pasteur strategic initiative, Institut Pasteur wants to foster participation and training of its young scientists involved in infection biology within the EMBL ecosystem (including all EMBL sites across Europe).

Thus, a dedicated Fall session 2024 with two separate internal calls for proposals will be launched to support PhD students, postdocs and young permanent scientists (engineers and research scientists):

• Call 1-Travel meeting grants to attend EMBL conferences in 2025. Up to 1.5 k€ / Travel Grant.

• Call 2-Training grants to train at EMBL infrastructures & research units. Up to 4 k€ /Training Grant.

Deadline submission: December 16 th, 2024
Results: early January 2025
