A look back at the quality event on October 3

The Quality Department in the Department of Corporate Social Responsibility and Technical Resources (DRSE-RT) was pleased to organize its first event dedicated to the Institut Pasteur's quality strategy on Thursday October 3.

The event attended by quality managers and coordinators of certified and accredited entities was a great success with opportunities for discussion, sharing and socializing.

The day began with an interactive seminar in the Agnes Ullmann lecture hall, giving participants the opportunity to discuss new ways of approaching our quality strategy.

Twenty-six quality coordinators divided between six workshops then reflected on how to optimize of quality systems based on different suggested topics:
1. Customer satisfaction
2. Staff involvement
3. Indicators
4. Documentation
5. Quality review/process
6. Risk analysis
7. Action follow-up
8. Metrology
9. Leadership

The topic of "Staff involvement" proved very popular, showing the importance of everyone’s contribution to the quality strategy.

The day rounded off with a team-building activity to strengthen ties between quality correspondents.

The Quality Department would like to thank all participants and leaders who helped make the day a success and hopes the initiative will boost the community dynamic.
