Following the call for tenders to select a single service provider for producing and managing custom promotional products, the Institut Pasteur has chosen Jordenen as its exclusive supplier. Jordenen is an agency specializing in the design and customization of promotional items and textiles.
This choice is part of a wider strategy aimed at:
Centralizing orders with a single service provider that will offer:
• Support and advice,
• Better value for money for services and products.
Providing a catalog
• Items listed based on order history, including new products,
• Environmentally friendly items in line with the Institut Pasteur’s commitments, carefully selected to prioritize recyclable products from French manufacturers supporting integration and employment of disabled people,
• With negotiated prices.
Offering the option of ordering non-catalog items
• Possibility of ordering non-catalog items, guaranteeing a brand image in line with the Institut Pasteur's values.
Before ordering
• For items from the catalog without a text/tagline* and with only the logo of the Institut Pasteur, the Hearing Institute or the Pasteur Network, or already listed and approved by charte@pasteur.fr, no additional approval is needed.
• For items from the catalog with a new logo, you will need to contact charte@pasteur.fr. The graphic standard is available here (in French).
• For items from the catalog with a logo and text/tagline not designed by the Department of Communications and Public Affairs, you will need to request approval by marque@pasteur.fr, attaching the logo, the text/tagline, the quotation from the supplier and the photograph of your item.
• For listed non-catalog items (with or without a logo and/or text/tagline), you will need to request:
- Advice from Jordenen
- A quotation from Jordenen
- Approval by emailing marque@pasteur.fr, attaching the quotation, the logo, the text/tagline and the photograph of your item.
To place your order
You will need to create a shopping cart in the "Non trouvé?" (Not found?) category and attach the quotation (untick the option "visible unique en interne" (only visible internally)).
Tips to reduce costs
Group together your purchases with other departments / Do not include the year on promotional products

Please note
The Institut Pasteur is currently working on a new brand platform ; the logo and the graphic standard are set to be reviewed in the near future, during the first quarter of 2025.
Please keep your orders of custom promotional products to a minimum to avoid items becoming outdated if changes are made.
