Review of the ‘Pasteur 2030 in action’ meeting on 4 December

On Wednesday December 4, the Senior Management Team invited you to a brand new meeting format dedicated to the Pasteur 2030 strategic plan.

Entirely digital, this major institutional event brought together almost 800 of you to attend the presentation, led by Yasmine Belkaid, of the ambition and strategy that govern and drive the new strategic plan to 2030.

Drawing on the values, scientific principles and strengths of the institution, the General Management also set out the context for the deployment of the strategic plan, which is based on four key areas:

  • Environmental transitions and health,

  • Infectious diseases threats,

  • Origin of diseases,

  • Health and diseases at the end of life.

The Senior Managment Team Management also explained the management of each of these areas and the associated roadmap, which includes five Pasteurian priorities built around human capital, commitment, operational efficiency, alignment and prioritisation, and support for scientific excellence.

The final part of the presentation was devoted to a retrospective of the year 2024.

The session ended with a question-and-answer session. This gave rise to a wide-ranging exchange of views on the various issues raised during the presentation. Not all questions could be answered in the time available, but answers will be provided in a future BIP.

Thank you all for your participation.

As announced at the meeting on 4 December, the strategic plan will shortly be available in digital format.
