New! A new agency for your business travel from April 1, 2025

As part of ongoing efforts to optimize the management of business travel for Institut Pasteur staff, the Procurement Department issued a call for tenders to select a new partner.

The agency selected was VoyagExpert, chosen for:

•    Its expertise and effectiveness in managing business travel via a dedicated team.
•    Optimal pricing conditions.
•    Detailed knowledge of the Concur tool for more effective use of the online booking platform.
 

The procedure for booking travel will generally stay the same, but there will be some changes as from April 1, 2025:

•    A new agency: VoyagExpert
•    A new telephone number to contact the platform of dedicated agents (up-to-date information will be sent out over the next few weeks)


Advanced booking:
As far as possible, please try to avoid obtaining tickets via FCM for travel after April 1, 2025.  

Please note:
If you book a trip for after April 1 with FCM, FCM will remain responsible for your travel arrangements – the trip cannot be transferred to the new agency.
 
What happens next
The Procurement Department and the Cash Management Department will soon be organizing presentation sessions and have produced a FAQ to guide you through this transition. We will be sending out further details soon.
