Bulletin interne de l'Institut Pasteur
Since February 2024, Green Cafés have been held on the first Thursday of every month. These sessions are organized by the "Awareness" working group in the GreenTeam from 1.15 to 1.45pm in the Omics Agora. Green Cafés are open to everyone on campus. They provide an opportunity for interesting discussions about the work of the GreenTeam working groups and sustainable initiatives taken on campus by various departments.
You can attend the sessions online via Teams or in person for a relaxed half-hour with a coffee or tea and some sweet treats. Green Cafés are a great place to share good ideas and engage in effective dialog with the aim of reducing the Institut Pasteur's carbon footprint (see the newsletter article about the presentation of the carbon footprint on July 12, 2024).
The next Green Café will take place on Thursday March 6 and will be led by the Plastic group in the GreenTeam. The aim is to propose solutions that reduce the quantity of plastic used in laboratories.
The program for upcoming Green Cafés:
• April 3: preview screening of the GreenTeam promotional video
• June 5: presentation of the work by the Construction/Energy group
• July 3: let's talk about mobility
Feel free to spread the word and come along to these events, which are open to everyone, to keep informed and share your thoughts on environmental issues!
