Join the network of change agents and attend the dedicated launch meeting on March 25
The Department for Transformation and Strategic Projects (DTPS) is launching a recruitment campaign for future change agents!
The establishment of a network of change agents is an initiative aimed at facilitating change management at the Institut Pasteur.
The agents will act on a voluntary basis as spokespeople for their profession and will liaise between their respective department and the Department for Transformation and Strategic Projects. They will form a hybrid group, reflecting the ambition to break down silos at the Institut Pasteur. The network should help optimize communication flows, harness collective strengths and align action by different players.

Join a community of Institut Pasteur staff with a wide variety of backgrounds and play a key role by:
- Communicating needs, ideas and realities from your department or research unit.
- Sharing strategic information.
- Participating actively in working groups.
