International Women's Day, celebrated every year on March 8, is an opportunity to reaffirm the Institut Pasteur's commitment to gender equality in the workplace and shine a light on initiatives, strategies and events in this area.

The Department for Transformation and Strategic Projects (DTPS) is launching a recruitment campaign for future change agents! The establishment of a network of change agents is an initiative aimed at facilitating change management at the Institut Pasteur.

The Scientific Committee of the Pasteur-Weizmann Council launches a call for synergistic projects between teams from the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Institut Pasteur. The call invites applicants to take up a scientific challenge, i.e. to answer a bold scientific question (hypothesis- and/or curiosity-driven), open to all topics.

To help address the challenges surrounding Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Institut Pasteur community can benefit from a general training initiative focused on acculturation and daily practical use of generative AI from March 31.

To mark International Women's Day, the Pasteur Museum has chosen to look back in time and pay tribute to two powerful, generous women who supported the founding of the Institut Pasteur: Cécile-Charlotte Furtado-Heine (1821-1896) and Marguerite Boucicaut (1816-1887).
