Next Startup Breakfast on March 20: “Team: How to build a (dream) team”

The next Start-up breakfast will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 9.00 am at the room 11, 2nd floor, Pavillon Émile Roux, Institut Pasteur.

The theme will be “Team: How to build a (dream) team”. Our invited speaker is Mrs.Pauline Rambaud, Senior Consultant Pharma/Biotech, GenSearch.

With an educational background in biology, Pauline Rambaud is passionate about Life Sciences. After her career in Finance and Strategy Consulting in Life Sciences sector, she turned to support innovative health companies, Pharma and Biotech- by help them develop their most valuable asset: their team. As a Senior Consultant at GenSearch, Pauline works closly with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to large companies to identify talented individuals who possess both the technical skills and the softer, people-related competencies essential for effective teams. With over 10 years of experience as a headhunter in Europe, Pauline emphasizes the importance of behavioral skills within teams.

The “Startup Breakfast”, a monthly seminar, held at the Institut Pasteur, is designed to introduce you to the various aspects of creating and developing life science companies, and the associated challenges.

Eight sessions will be organized throughout the academic year 2024-2025 on a specific theme presented by an external expert. These friendly, informal meetings will enable you to interact easily with the speaker. They will be followed by a “networking” where you will be able to exchange ideas amongst yourselves and with startup alumni who will be able to share their experience.
