Take part in a unique collective artistic experience
Any staff interested can add their own creative input to the World Music Day event – no need to be a virtuoso or a dance expert!
Simply let your artistic instincts take over and follow the guidance of the coaches as you choose which artistic workshop to join from 2pm onwards*:
• singing,
• instrumental
• or dance and movement!
* Each 30-minute workshop will be run three times (sessions at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm). To find out where to go for your chosen workshop, see the flyer for the day above.
Some roles on campus involve specific demands and requirements (on-call staff, reception staff, staff seeing patients, those dealing with deliveries of biological material and urgent samples) and a constant staff presence is needed. Therefore, everyone will organize themselves in advance and in consultation with their team manager and colleagues to ensure that everyone can make the most of the activities planned for this day.
Concert on June 21 by Institut Pasteur scientists, open to all!
After the afternoon festivities at the Institut Pasteur on Friday June 20, you can keep celebrating World Music Day just a stone's throw from campus. On Saturday June 21, groups from the Institut Pasteur and the Institut Curie will be putting on a series of open-air concerts from 6 to 11pm. You will be able to sing and dance your heart out to pop, rock and jazz covers all evening long.
The groups The Standards, Billie and the What, Real Mermelada and Sandream will be performing, and there will also be a jam session.
Come along as a family, with friends or colleagues and keep the party going on Saturday evening!
