Food poisoning with Escherichia coli: review of the epidemiological situation

Since June 6, 2025, the town of Saint-Quentin (in the Aisne département and the Hauts-de-France region) has suffered several cases of severe food poisoning, mostly in children, caused by Escherichia coli bacteria.
