2018 edition of the Young Researchers in Life Sciences Conference

The ninth edition of the Young Researchers in Life Sciences Conference will take place from May 2 to 4, 2018. Each year, this international conference is organized by young researchers' associations at leading research institutes in the Greater Paris region, including StaPa, the Institut Pasteur's association for young researchers, which has taken an active role in this event since it was first launched.

The conference will be attended by more than 200 participants from over ten different countries. It is a great opportunity for young researchers (Advanced Master's and PhD students and post-doctoral fellows) to showcase their research through posters or presentations, in an interdisciplinary, international context and among their peers. This three-day event will also give the researchers the chance to widen their scientific and professional network and to find out more about potential career opportunities. This year, the conference will be held at the Ecole Normale Supérieure's Jourdan campus in Paris (14th arrondissement).

Several speakers have already confirmed their participation, including Amrit Mudher (University of Southampton, UK), Viola Vogel (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) and Duncan Odom (Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, UK).

Registration is now open. The deadline to attend the conference (without submitting an abstract) is March 20.
