Do you work in a support department or as an assistant to a research unit? Then this course is for you!
The BNB course has been specially designed to give you a better understanding of scientists' working environment. It is aimed at employees in support departments and assistants in research units and offers an introduction to the basics of biology and the major research topics at the Institut Pasteur, while giving participants an understanding of how laboratories work. The course also provides a unique opportunity for dialog and discussions with scientists and other research support staff.

Since 2017, when BNB was launched on campus, nearly 450 Institut Pasteur staff have completed a BNB course!
Practical details:
he course consists of 5 weekly one-day sessions (on Tuesdays or Thursdays) over 5 weeks.
Note the dates of the 2025 sessions:
• from Tuesday November 4 to Tuesday December 9, 2025 (5 days)
• from Thursday November 6 to Thursday December 11, 2025 (5 days)
