From June 1, 2018, the IT helpdesk on campus will be run by a new service provider, the company Econocom, a leader in digital service provision for companies in France for more than 40 years. Econocom was chosen following a call for tenders managed jointly by the Procurement Department, the Information Systems Department and the Legal Affairs Department.
The procedures for contacting the helpdesk will remain the same. Members of staff will still be able to:
call 3600,
send an email to informatique@pasteur.fr,
or use the portal informatique.pasteur.fr.
As with the current team, Econocom staff will be based on the Institut Pasteur campus and will come directly to your labs and departments where necessary to carry out any IT work.
In addition to the campus team, the service will also include a France-based call center to make sure all calls to 3600 are processed as efficiently as possible. The call center will take over when the on-site team
is busy so that your requests can be logged. They will then be dealt with by the on-site team once it becomes available.To make sure the new team is fully operational from June 1, 2018, a transitional phase with the current service provider (CEGEDIM) was launched in early March for the purposes of sharing knowledge, procedures, etc.
