Vivinter: medical expenses benefits and a reduction in contributions

In early 2018, Vivinter, the organization that manages the welfare/medical expenses contract, experienced some difficulties in configuring the new medical expenses benefits that came into effect on January 1, 2018. This led to some people being reimbursed at a lower level than stipulated in the contract.  

The problem has now been resolved and Vivinter has begun to carry out checks of all cases dealt with since the beginning of the year so that it can make any adjustments required.

The introduction of new (lower) contribution rates that was due to come into effect on payslips as from March has been postponed to June (at the latest). It will be backdated to cover the previous months.
