Ethics workshop program 2015

The Pasteur - Paris University International PhD Program presents a workshop on ethics in research every year for their first-year PhD students. This workshop is open to all PhD students at Institut Pasteur, and every student is highly encouraged to participate in this important component of training as a young scientist.

The workshop includes seminars on the responsible conduct of research, the use of animals in research, clinical research and research on human beings. The seminars are complimented with a series of three one-hour small group discussions led by junior scientists based on case studies describing a variety situations encountered as a research scientist.

This workshop will be held this year on the afternoon of Thursday, 19 November from 2:00pm to 5:00pm in Amphitheâtre Jacques Monod.
